SHIPPING POLICY / DELIVERY POLICY

Please be assured that your items will ship out within two business days of purchase. For most orders, we ship on Mondays through Wednesday to avoid having your order sit on the weekend. During the month of December, or the week prior to a holiday we ship Monday through Friday. If you would like your order to ship on a specific day, please specify in the “Comments” section. We ship most orders via Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Priority Mail is usually 2 days in shipping, and 3 days to more remote areas.

Exceptions: Packages to NYC and Washington DC are sent via Fed Ex Home or Ground. Fed Ex Home delivery operates Tuesday through Saturday.

Orders shipping to warmer states (Texas, Florida, California, Arizona may require ice packs, which require an extra fee, we will alert you if that is necessary)

Canadian Orders: Shipping costs are higher than below. We will call you with exact pricing.

Summer rates: Orders placed online between May 1 and Sept. 30 require special packaging for warm weather shipping. Please add $4 to the above rates.
